She is an academic staff member at the Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences (FTA), Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CZU), and currently serves as the Vice-Dean for International Relations. With over 20 years of experience in international cooperation, project management, capacity building, and research in tropical regions, she has coordinated more than 30 international projects funded by the Czech Development Agency and EU grants. Her expertise covers the entire project cycle, including proposal writing, financial management, implementation, and promotion. She has led and contributed to initiatives across various countries, including Angola, Cambodia, Moldova, Thailand, Ukraine, and Vietnam. She has supervised over 45 theses on diverse topics such as consumer behaviour, food preferences, value chain management, and leadership in agriculture. As the leader of the Consumer Behaviour & Capacity Building Research Team at FTA, her research focuses on consumer attitudes, food consumption trends, and leadership development. She is also an active member of the Council for Sustainable Development at CZU and the Czech Evaluation Society (position: project manager).
